About Your Appointment

Once you enter our store, check in at the front desk to confirm your appointment. After you are checked in, one of our consultants will introduce themselves and lead you to your dressing room. Then, our consultants will begin the process of understanding your specific tastes, visions, and wedding day dreams! From there, the bride and our team will work collaboratively to pick out options to try on, help you into gowns, and make your decision!

The style of your dress should be a reflection of you! Our best advice when looking for your style is to use your resources! Check our Pinterest boards and social media channels to find what you like. Make a note of what catches your eye! Maybe it's the shape of a gown, or the pattern it creates. With an idea of what you like, our expert consultants can help you narrow your options, and find you your dream dress!

Fit has two meanings: Finding the gown that fits your vision and personality and having your gown fit like a glove. First, Bliss Bridal consultants LOVE what they do -- they are passionate, genuine and have helped hundreds of brides find their dream gown. The best part? They are fun & truly care about helping you find that one-of-a-kind dress that fits you in a way that makes you feel amazing. A dress that is YOU! How your gown fits your body is also important! Once you decide on your gown, our experienced staff will measure you and recommend a bridal size to order.

Why do you require an appointment?

By scheduling appointments, we are able to provide an unparalleled shopping experience for every bride. When an appointment time is reserved, a bride is assigned an experienced bridal consultant who will adequately provide her with the attention she deserves. Scheduling an appointment will ensure that you are given the service desired when shopping for your gown and that you can try on the moment you enter the boutique.

Why do you require a credit card when booking My appointment?

When booking your appointment, we ask to have a credit card on file in order to hold and confirm your appointment. We are lucky to have jam-packed days, so all cancellations within 24 hours or no shows are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

What should I do to prepare for my bridal appointment?

Bring your ideas, your dreams and an open mind. Please make sure you’re wearing undies in the gowns, and feel free to bring shapewear if you prefer it. We ask that all brides avoid wearing self-tanner. While we believe a tan looks beautiful on you, we love to keep our gowns looking pristine. If you choose to bring heels, we will ask you to remove them between dresses to ensure the gowns do not get damaged.

Are children allowed in the store?

Of course! We love kids at Bliss. However, we must ensure safety of the children and consideration of other brides shopping for their gowns. If children are tagging along, they must be supervised by an adult at all times. The store is filled with glass showcases, so please keep your little ones close!
