**COVID-19 Update** Each bridal party appt has a max of 5 people (Bride and 4 guests).  Separate appointments must be scheduled for larger appointments.

What to Expect

Bridal party appointments are mostly self-service.  Scheduling an appointment secures a fitting room for one hour for your group. Your maids may need to share a room and take turns.

When you arrive, please check in at the desk.  A consultant will review the styles and colors available.  After you're settled in, the appointment is self-service. You are free to browse and try on at your leisure for 1 hour.  If more time is needed, a repeat appointment can be scheduled.

The Ordering Process

Whether your party chooses the same dress and color, or different, is completely up to each bride.  Once you have decided on a dress style and color, we will measure each member of your party.  (*See out of town note below)

Payment in full is required before we will order any bridal party dress. It is a good idea to designate one person (usually MOH) to manage the group and make sure all are paid in a timely fashion. We will NOT be responsible for reminding members of your party to pay their invoice or send in their measurements.

Remember - your bridal party saves 10% if you purchased your wedding gown from us!

We recommend ordering bridal party dresses 6 months in advance of the wedding.  We can order with less time, but a rush fee may be added.

* For attendants that live out of town, we recommend they are measured by a tailor or seamstress.  They can call in their measurements (bust/waist/hip) and also provide payment over the phone.  (We are not responsible for sizing issues if we did not take the measurements ourselves.) Their dress will need to be picked up by another member of the party when it arrives.

Depending on shipping dates, the dresses may arrive at different times.  Each member of the party will receive an email when their dress arrives and is ready for pickup. You may also arrange for one member to pickup all the dresses.
